Your first visit

Before you arrive
Bring your claim number and insurer details if the injury was a crash or happened at work, plus photo ID.

History and exam
Dr. Sim asks how the injury happened and examines you. If the exam indicates it, X-rays are taken on site.

Your plan
Adjustments, soft-tissue therapy and progress notes at each visit, recorded for your PIP or L&I claim where one applies.
